CFRP’s Athlete program consists of daily WOD’s and a strength/skill. This goal of this program is to help athletes continually learn new skills, establish new PR’s, and perform better in their everyday lives. Whether you’re an elite athlete or new to fitness, this program can be scaled to any ability and will greatly improve your strength, fitness level and flexibility.
